Who Are We?
Kayla is working on her master's in clinical counseling. In her free time, she enjoys podcasting to help anyone who has ever experienced a companion animal loss through having a community they can turn to. She also has a business that is related to Athena called Athena's puppy cakes.
Who Are We?
Nikki is the director of a local dog rescue that specializes in hounds and special needs cases. She spends most of her free time volunteering with other local non-profits often helping in anyway she can.
Our Inspirations
Athena
Athena showed me there was more to life than being in a constant state of anxiety. She is the best thing to happen to me. She has shown me my purpose and what it means to be a good human being and dog mom.
Daisy
Daisy showed me there was more to life than what I had been experiencing before. She was the reason I started my rescue. She pushes me to continue on my path. She showed me what it means to love.
